Here's a recap of the changes going forward!  We strive to keep up with technology while making improvements to better our events.

VIP tickets will be SOLD online for VIP sales!  7/2016
We have a link on this website to purchase VIP tickets for the Anderson sale in order to avoid overcrowding on Wednesday night. Tickets are $5 each and only 200 are available.  These are for the public and guests to buy.  Our sellers and volunteers will still be allowed into the presale without purchasing a ticket.
To earn 80% of your sales  7/2016
Starting in the Fall 2016, if you want to earn 80% of your sales we need you to take one shift during the VIP sale on Wednesday!
You can Make a Difference  7/2016
We are not using trash bags or plastic bags any more!  Please bring your own bags, laundry baskets, rolling cart, etc. to the sales to shop with, and we will put your purchases back into them at the register.  Large blue bags will be for sale for $1 each.  You are encouraged to take them home and bring them back to shop with for future sales.  Our goal is to reach zero waste.
Donate means DONATE!  7/2016
We sort clothes at 3 pm on Saturday.  If your item says donate, then it will be pulled before pick up and will not be there when you come to get your unsold items and your check.  ALL items not picked up by 8 pm on Saturday become property of Upstate Kids and will be DONATED.
Overpricing 7/2015

Pricing needs to be within the 50-90% OFF retail price rule.  If a seller continually over prices, we will

discuss this issue with them and then if it is not resolved they will no longer be allowed to participate as a

seller with Upstate Kids.  We do not want to change the concept that shoppers can get deals at Upstate Kids.

If items are overpriced, it will prevent them from coming back.

Your items must be 100% owned by YOU!  7/2015
The contract now states items you bring into sell, MUST LEGALLY BE OWNED 100% BY YOU!
  • NO sharing seller numbers.

  • NO items stolen or obtained illegally can be sold.

  • The seller name registered is 100% liable.
